Internet connection fees for viewing the courses are the customer’s responsibility.
Payment method and timing
Credit/debit card, processed securely by Stripe. Payment is charged when your order is placed. Your card statement may show the charge converted to your local currency by your card issuer.
Delivery
Digital delivery only — your course is available immediately after payment, from My Account and the viewing link sent to your email. No physical goods are shipped.
Refunds and cancellation
Because our products are digital video content that can be viewed immediately after purchase, all sales are final — we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please watch the free sample lessons and review the full curriculum on each course page before purchasing.
For EU/UK customers: by requesting immediate access at checkout, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal.

Courses can be watched in any modern browser (phone, tablet, PC). No app is required. Lessons are in Japanese with full English subtitles.
