COURSE 01 · Lower Body Practice
⭐ Start herePast the reach of simple stretching, into the deep muscles.
Ease swelling, address hip & pelvic imbalance — and become the one they ask for again. This is the working level of professional Japanese therapists.
Hand placement, body-weight transfer, stretch direction. Weight, not strength — follow along with the videos, and technique that reaches the deep muscles becomes your own.
Understand why common lower-body problems happen — then address them precisely, part by part. Includes ready-made session plans for swelling and for hip & pelvic imbalance.
From calves to lower back: learn to connect every area into one complete 30-minute session. Then put it together in a timed 30-minute run and a full mock‑session practice.

VOICE
After the Introduction I wanted to go deeper, and this was it. “Deep muscle” meant nothing to me at first — but as I copied the videos, I gradually got the feel. The day she said “my body feels completely different” made it all worth it.
I took it for my wife, whose legs are always swollen and tight. Reaching the deep layer really does change the effect. After a session she told me her legs felt light again.
I expected it to be hard, but the pace is slow and I never got lost. Being able to rewatch weak spots helps. Now I get asked for it — repeatedly.
After Lower Body I wanted to answer her shoulder pain too. Learning position by position means I never wonder where to start. Now it’s “do the whole body next time, please”.

Q & A
If you’re unsure, start with Lower Body Practice. It builds on the lower-body flow from the Introduction course and works into the deeper muscles. Starting with Upper Body is fine too.
Yes, though the Practice courses assume you know a basic stretching flow. If you’re brand new, starting with the Introduction Course will make everything click faster.
It’s taught from the ground up, slowly. No anatomy background needed — follow along with the videos, and your hands gradually learn the movements. Rewatch any part, any time.
Never force it, never push into extreme angles — stretching the right way is the foundation of this course. How far to go and which directions are safe are covered from the very first videos, so you can work with confidence. Unlike the Introduction, these courses stretch to a “hurts-so-good” working depth — always within your partner’s comfortable range.
Yes. Start with Lower, and add Upper whenever you’re ready. (If you already know you want both, the set saves $99.)
The lessons are fully in Japanese — the instructor’s voice and all on-screen text (text overlays, chapter titles). Every video has carefully written English subtitles, which also cover the key numbers and safety points shown on screen. If you can follow a subtitled video, you can follow this course.
You get access right after purchase — on phone or PC, no app needed, and you can rewatch anytime.
The instructor recommends a massage table: working standing up lets you shift your stance and stretch deeper and more smoothly. You can still practice on an ordinary bed or a Thai massage mat, and a folding table is a good option if space is tight.
