— For those who finished the Beginner course —
After "that feels nice" comes
reaching the deep layers where it counts.
As a hobby, for someone you love, or maybe one day as work —
any reason is a good reason.
"I want to get better." That feeling is all you need.
YOUR NEXT WISH
Move past the beginner basics to massage that genuinely works.
Not just people close to you. No hesitation, no guessing, with anyone.
Stop watching. Start reproducing those exact hands with your own.
If even one of these sounds like you — they can all be answered, in order.
STEP UP
The words you hear from her will change.
"Thank you."
Your first full-body massage, and the first time she thanked you for it.
"That feels amazing."
Confidence with anyone — precise, targeted technique for every body part, plus a 30-minute full-body session.
"Can I book you again?"
Become the therapist people come back to. Deep-muscle work, complaint-specific technique, and a complete 60-minute session.
Start with STEP 02 — Intermediate. Move up to Advanced when you want more.
COURSE 01 · Intermediate Course
⭐ Start hereFrom the beginner’s "somewhere around here" to targeting the exact spot. Learn finger techniques that reach deep, body part by body part.
This is the level working professional therapists in Japan operate at.
Stop relying on palms alone. Learn thumb pressure in the shiatsu lineage — Japan’s signature method — driven by body weight, not arm strength, so it goes deep, exactly where you aim.
Legs, hips, lower back, neck & shoulders, arms. Learn each body part, and no request catches you off guard. Each area comes as a pair — the method, then a real-time practice run.
Connect the parts into a complete 30-minute flow, then extend it to 40. The 40-minute session she’ll love is shown twice — explained step by step, then performed in full.

COURSE 02 · Advanced Course
After IntermediateThe professional track. For those who finished Intermediate and want to go all the way —
to the level of Japan’s top professionals.
Flowing pressure and Pin & Move: advanced techniques that loosen the deep layer in long lines and broad strokes, for the fatigue that ordinary massage never touches.
Tired legs, aching lower back, stiff shoulders. Face-down, side-lying, face-up — you’ll have an answer for every body.
Japan’s hospitality mindset, from greeting to goodbye — so she wants to rebook. Every phrase subtitled in English, with a complete 60-minute session shown start to finish as a real appointment.

VOICE
Translated from reviews by our Japanese students.
I worried it was too soon after the beginner course. It wasn’t. Being able to rewatch just the parts I struggle with is a lifesaver. Last week she told me her whole body felt lighter.
My thumbs were sore for the first few days, honestly. Then the weight transfer clicked. Massaging my wife’s lower back is now a weekend ritual — she says it’s completely different from before.
I took it to do something about my husband’s stiff shoulders. No jargon anywhere, so even I — basically a beginner — never got left behind. Now he requests it every night.
Jumping straight to Advanced felt risky, so I built my base with Intermediate first. The step-by-step order made it manageable — and now I actually get asked, "when can you do that again?"
Individual experiences. Results and sensations vary.

Q & A
Intermediate. It builds the finger techniques and per-body-part skills that give you confidence with anyone. When you’re ready to work at a rebooked-professional level, move up to Advanced.
You can, but Intermediate assumes you’re comfortable with basic palm technique. If massage itself is new to you, the Beginner course first will make everything click much faster.
Every body part is split into "method" and "practice," explained slowly and carefully. For the Intermediate course, no anatomy background is needed — muscle names are introduced as you use them. The Advanced course does assume the basics: the instructor recommends keeping a beginner’s anatomy reference at hand as you study. Either way, with lifetime access you can rewatch until it clicks.
Yes. Build your base with Intermediate, and purchase Advanced whenever you’re ready. Intermediate is plenty to begin with.
For practicing the movements, a mattress at home works. That said, the instructor demonstrates everything on a massage table and recommends one for giving real sessions — pressure stays stable and the techniques are much easier to reproduce (a foldable massage table is a good home option). No oil — everything is over clothing.
To massage your partner, family or friends at home, no license is needed anywhere. If you plan to charge clients as a professional, licensing rules vary by country and state — please check your local regulations. Either way, you’ll be learning the working techniques of a professional Japanese therapist — including advanced methods that most shops never use.
The lessons are fully in Japanese — the instructor’s voice and all on-screen text (captions, chapter titles). Every video has carefully written English subtitles, which also cover the key numbers and safety points shown on screen. If you can follow a subtitled video, you can follow this course.
Instant access after purchase. Phone & PC, no app, lifetime access, rewatch anytime.
